Magmatic Volcano and Super Volcanoes: Danger, Exposure, Perspective |

There is an attempt to create a physical basis for working of professionals - volcanologists to establish a reliable short-term forecast super volcano eruption. The basis is taken of the wave frequency portrait super volcano (for example, the activity of the Yellowstone volcano caldera): spectral representation of noise and local seismicity caldera (Z-component); lowfrequency seismic waves and its own caldera. Low-frequency processes in the caldera and analyzed as the strain representation. Consideration was of phenomenology and especially fl uctuations of volcano. On the spectrum of Z-components periodicities super volcano caldera of JPS data duration of ~15 years found an important and unexpected result: the most powerful peak is
11.2 years, and agrees well with the solar activity cycle. There are similarities in seismic activity of the main fault (for example, Ashgabat) and wave processes of the caldera. There are made proposed signs before catastrophic stage and occurred listed real impacts on the caldera to control the activity of the volcano.
