Bordukov Recently the problem of project management of fl ight tests at different levels of generality - from the development of onboard measurement systems to the conduct of the fl ight experiments - acquires new dynamics. Currently, there are qualitative and quantitative risk analysis methods, but there is no unifi ed methodology for the applicability of these methods in the development of intelligent measurement systems, including systems onboard measurements. An algorithm of risk management, which will subsequently be used in the development of automated risk management system, while creating systems onboard measurements. This solution will reduce the time and cost of development, and improve the quality of developed systems onboard measurements.
