In this work is considered the controller-level sensors for level and fl ow measurement of various types of liquid fuel in the tanks, which do not communicate with the environment, i.e. in a sealed volume, which couples the fl uid should not be released into the environment due to environmental hazards explosive fi re. Designed controller-level sensor allows measuring the amount of fuel in the tanks of vehicles, in particular, in ATVs fuel carrier and fuel (off-road vehicles) designed to operate in severe road and climatic conditions of the Far North, Far East, Arctic and Antarctic temperature changes in a large range and at low temperatures up to –50 °C. A feature of such vehicles is higher requirements for equipment reliability, especially fuel equipment – increased explosion and fi re enclosure in heavy traffi c and climatic conditions, while maintaining high precision and sensitivity.
